Our Compliance Team are seeking an exceptional person to fill this role which will focus on Food Safety measures under the Food Act 2014, Food Control Plans and verification needs; general inspections, enforcement and compliance duties, and in addition monitoring and remedial actions to ensure environmental and regulatory compliance is achieved.
As the ideal candidate, you will have a degree or qualification that is equivalent to Environmental Health Officer status, under the Environment Health Officers Qualifications Regulations 1993. This is a great opportunity for you to continue your development in your chosen career path.
To be successful you will need to have an understanding of legislation pertaining to the Food and Health Acts, have excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills, a current & valid NZ driver’s licence. We also want to see evidence that you are competent with the Microsoft suite and the maintenance of data and reporting.
