This Internationally accredited, two-day advanced HACCP Training is equivalent to NZQA unit 28265. It provides the comprehensive understanding needed for implementing and verifying HACCP systems. It fulfils the HACCP training requirement detailed in MPI’s competency framework for verifiers.
Advanced Auditor Training
Suitable for new and experienced verifiers, this course provides advanced auditing skills and techniques, in alignment with ISO 19011 guidelines and NZQA unit 8084. It meets the food verifier auditor training requirement as set out in the MPI competency framework for verifiers and supports CPD for ongoing professional development.
Introductory Food Safety e-Learning
This on-demand e-learning course covers essential food safety and hygiene practices, ideal for food handlers and food business operators. The course content aligns with NZQA Unit Standards 167, 168, and 20666, providing foundational knowledge of food safety.
